On May 13th, the Expand North Star 2024 Global Roadshow Beijing Selection Event, co-hosted by Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and jointly organized by Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park, Zhongguancun Overseas Science Park(ZOSP), among others, was successfully held at Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park. Ten startup companies from the fields of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, biotechnology, and smart cities competed fiercely. "Fenou Array (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Fenou Array) and "Top Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Top Technology) stood out and received unanimous recognition from both industry and investment judges.

As winners, Fenou Array is at the forefront of edge computing technology in the convergence of computing and networking, significantly promoting the adoption of edge computing in markets such as security, water conservancy, energy, and emergency response. Top Technology focuses on the healthcare sector with products aimed at blood glucose monitoring for diabetes patients. By combining traditional Chinese meridian theories with modern bioelectric technology, they address the pain, infection risk, and inconvenience associated with traditional blood glucose testing. This cutting-edge non-invasive glucose monitoring technology offers a more precise, convenient, and consumable-free solution, promising to greatly advance the diabetes health management market and provide better, more convenient health management services for diabetes patients.

Fenou Array has secured a direct entry to the Berlin semifinals, while Top Technology has secured a direct entry to the Dubai semifinals. These two companies will represent China on the next international stage, competing alongside outstanding startups from around the world.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries established in 2018. Over the past few decades, both China and the UAE have experienced rapid growth and transformative development, achieving remarkable achievements through pragmatic cooperation. The UAE has long been China's largest export market and second-largest trading partner in the Middle East, attracting over 6,000 Chinese enterprises to settle and invest.

The successful event held at Zhongguancun Fengtai Park further emphasizes the importance of the UAE as a unique intersection of the land and maritime Silk Roads, providing crucial support for park enterprises venturing into international markets.
